Big fall in markets from last 7 consecutive days, Nifty now’s 24680 from 25520. What next?
From
last two weeks markets are witnessing heavy downside moves and nifty is now
almost 900 points down from the recent peak. This is a big sharp correction dragging
the markets down amid different tariff changes by United States. This time US
imposed 100% tariffs on the pharma products and this has affected the Indian
pharma companies badly. Both IT and Pharma Companies are in bad situations
right now and prices are falling sharply.
Nifty
fell sharply and made a fresh low near 24680 levels on Friday. Now nifty is
near to its major support @ 24500 levels. If in the upcoming week nifty breaks
and closes below 24500 then markets may fall further and nifty may hit near
24200 levels soon while if it manages to take support at current levels and
closes above 24800 then we may see nifty back on track and markets may go above
25000 again.
Bank Nifty also fell sharply in the last week and especially on Friday it fell more than 600 points to close below 54500 levels, now banknifty has a major support @54000 levels which is a bi psychological support if banknifty closes below that level then we can expect 53500 and 53000 levels soon while if it manages to close above 54700 levels again we can see it towards 55000 and 55500 again.
